How long does a typical project take?
My turnaround times are fast, and I always strive to deliver high-quality work efficiently. The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, but I work on weekends and even holidays when necessary to meet deadlines. If you have a tight schedule, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it!
Can you work with my existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely! I can follow your brand’s existing style guide or help refine your branding to keep everything looking cohesive and professional.
My project or business idea is confidential. Will you sign an NDA?
Of course! I understand the importance of confidentiality and am happy to sign an NDA before we start.
My project is really small. Would you still be interested?
100%! No project is too small. I’m always keen to help bring creative ideas to life.
Do you take on ad-hoc graphic design work from design agencies?
Absolutely! I’ve collaborated with various agencies on ad-hoc projects, working on brands like Singtel, Amazon, Head&Shoulders, and Netflix. If you need an extra pair of hands, I’m here to help.
Can you work on-site at our office part-time?
I work remotely to accommodate multiple client commitments, so I won’t be available for on-site work. But I’m always just a message or email away!
What are your payment terms?
For projects under $500, I require full upfront payment. For anything above that, it’s a 50/50 split: half upfront and half upon design approval. If your company has a net-30 policy, I can work with that too. Everything is negotiable!
What are your working hours?
Thanks to my endless supply of tea, I’m available Monday to Sunday during standard working hours, and even on public holidays if needed. Rest assured that I am committed to completing your project on time!
What programs do you use for your designs?
I primarily use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality designs.
